Postponements and Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible regarding a postponement or cancellation of pick-up or delivery. If we do not receive notice of the postponement or cancellation within 24 hours of said date, we will assess a 10% restocking fee, plus delivery charges, if applicable.

Payment Options: All sales are C.O.D. unless credit has been established. Payments can be made in cash, by check, or by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Credit Accounts: New customers are C.O.D. for the first purchase. Customers wishing to establish credit must complete and sign our credit application. For customers with approved credit, payment terms are Net 30 Days from invoice date. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) will be assessed to all overdue accounts. Accounts overdue or with unpaid finance charges will revert to a C.O.D. basis. If an account is turned over to an attorney or agency for collection, purchaser agrees to pay all legal and/or collection costs. A $30.00 service charge will be due for all checks that are returned due to insufficient funds.

Limited Warranty: New England Wetland Plants, Inc expressly warrants that all plant material purchased will be true to name and form and will be healthy upon leaving our nursery. New England Wetland Plants, Inc is ready, on proper proof, to replace all such nursery stock that may prove otherwise, at our sole discretion, with a comparable plant, a plant of equivalent value or a refund of the amount originally paid.

Claims: All claims must be made, in writing, within 3 days after receipt of stock. Failure to present such a claim within 3 days shall constitute a waiver of such claim. All claims are subject to approval by New England Wetland Plants, Inc. It is mutually agreed that New England Wetland Plants, Inc total liability is limited to refund or replacement, and in no event shall exceed the value of material supplied.
